Product Returns
Must be in unopened, original packaging upon arrival at our distribution center in order to receive a full qualified refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for the following: open, used, refused and undeliverable address. Please contact us via email returns@fergusondistributors.com for instructions on our no hassle return process. Please return  product(s) within 14 days
 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ferguson Distributors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen the receiver will need to contact USPS to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on USPS end. Kindly note, in some cases, USPS may require a police report to open an investigation.

Back-Orders
In extremely rare instances a product may become unavailable. If an item is not available at the time the order is placed, Ferguson Distributors, will inform customer immediately via phone or email. We will present the option of cancellation with full refund and a future purchasing credit or the back-ordered item when it becomes available. An estimated delivery date will be provided for all back-ordered items.
